Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

The following right of withdrawal applies only to consumers in distance selling:

1. Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration. You can use our

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract in full, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics, and functioning.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded,

  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery,

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery,

  • Contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery,

  • Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts,

  • Contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, supply of food and beverages and for the provision of other services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of such services.
